Vegan Air Fryer Recipes for those of us that are missing the ‘crunch factor’.
Vegan Air Fryer Recipes are something I love because of the time it saves me in the kitchen. I want a Friday night off like the rest of the family members. I found some vegan air fryer recipes I am reviewing for the 5-Ingredient Air Fryer Recipes by Camilla V. Saulsbury.
There are 15 vegan recipes and we are enjoying each recipe. Now that I am becoming familiar with vegan ingredients I am able to convert the non vegan recipes by experience and with the helpful tips provided in this book.
Most of the vegan air fryer recipess in the book make 2 servings. I have no problem doubling them and so it yields larger amounts. The Quinoa burgers were on the menu last Friday and I made 6 burgers by increasing the original recipe of 2.
We all liked them so we will have them again next month.
I am familiar with Camilla V. Saulsbury as I have other cookbooks she has written. This one did not disappoint either.

Great recipes are plentiful in this book and I will be sharing some of the recipes my grandson and I make on his visit next week so you can try them as well.
