Vegan Beans From Around the World Cookbook

Several people do not choose beans as their first choice for a dinner menu item. I do not remember my mom serving them a lot as I grew up. Now that I am an adult I know that each style has its own special flavor and are great for soups and other recipes.
As a young adult my income could not afford a variety of costly foods. I began sampling and creating bean recipes.
Beans are easy to store, easy to find and easy to afford. Besides convenience, they also supply protein, minerals as well as vitamins. Versatile in taste they are easy to enrich a recipe while using different spices for different tastes.
Vegan Beans From Around the World by Kelsey Kinser is a cookbook that proves the richness and variety that beans create in recipes. This review is in exchange for receiving this book.
Vegan Beans from Around the World

Adventure awaits from each recipe taken from countries such as Africa, Asia, Greece and Canada and several others. Testing several recipes I now have a better idea of different type of beans and spices. A lot of these recipes will remain my favorite. Along with the unique recipes it comes with a great guide on the ration of dry beans to cooked beans as well as different methods for soaking.

Vegan Beans Are Anyone’s Beans

Vegan Beans From Around the World Recipes are very versatile and even though this book does not contain meat recipes, carnivores will not feel deprived as the spices and different blends will take their mind off not eating meat.

Don’t let the size of this book fool you. It may look small but it is jammed packed with a variety of different recipes from around the world. You can find recipes for soups, salads, main dishes, drinks and desserts. If you haven’t had a black bean brownie then you don’t know what your missing.

Even if you have plenty of recipes show casing beans you will find Vegan Beans from Around the World unique from other cookbooks.

The recipes are affordable and the ingredients are easily accessible. You’ll find them at your local grocery store and won’t have to hunt down specialized shops just to try out a recipe that peaks your interest. Best of all they are not time consuming. I didn’t toil away in the kitchen for hours to cook them. If you don’t want to even spend the time to soak the beans then can beans can be substituted and it is easy enough to use the guide the author gives you at the beginning of the book to find the ratio between dry and canned.

I’m looking forward to trying more recipes and experience the rich taste that these bean dishes offer.

Fast forward to 2022 and I am still using the book and you can see the recipes I share here.
